Three brands, three frontend frameworks, 87 components, a two-person design team, no dedicated design system engineers. The design library was already a tight artifact. Production code told a different story.
In two days, I shipped a pipeline that turned the Figma library into framework-specific code packages on auto-deploy. The library became the contract. Production followed. UI bugs dropped to near zero, and the design layer became a real source of truth.
